The Consumer Brands Association and FMI - the Food industry Association respect the privacy of those who visit the factsupfront.org website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we, or a service provider acting on our behalf (“Service Provider”), collect from and about you when you visit the Site.  The Site is a joint initiative of Consumer Brands Association and FMI.  Any information we receive from and about you may be collected or used by Consumer Brands Association, FMI, or both, in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.  Subject to the provisions of applicable laws, any information you submit to Consumer Brands Association and FMI will not be used in any manner to which you have not consented. While Consumer Brands Association and FMI do analyze its Web site logs to monitor the flow of traffic and make improvements to the site’s content, its Web site logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them to individual visitors to this site.
